I m a hotelier also, its only thing the Receptions Staff should told the guest that the room booking or room allocate for the guest without window at least guest be aware.

The location is very good. Staff were friendly and quick in responding to the room issues. Check in and out process were fast and smooth. Even provide bathroom slippers, disposable slippers and bathroom ammenity kits.

The hotel was abit dated as the AC in the room that we checked in was not cold despite setting in cool mode and 16 degrees Celcius, full blast, but was still warm. The reception arranged to change another room for us and the other room AC though was cold but was making loud noises from the AC. Overall room maintenance could be improved.

The hotel was very convenient for me have enough facility but it's not sound proof bcoz of the space between the door. The staff need to be more friendly but they were gud and helpful. Plz included Malay Chinese and indian channels. Be more multi racial.Keep up the gud work.thanks

Hope the hotel have more tv channels in all languages specially in basic 3 ..my bathroom water flow was a bit bad bcz the water drainage was bad flowed slowly wen showering flood a bit.

I didn't had brake fast in your hotel and did not no about brake fast . Location is excellent.

If parking is provide it will appreciate because we visit occasionally we can't download each state apps for one or two days stay.kindly look into this area.

Location is very good. Accessible to food places and Aeon Mall Bt Indah.

They don't even tell us it's a windowless room. The space is extremely tight and the toilet smells of unwashed urine. The room is dusty.

Was fine for a short stay.

Our room the king size one had very little room space to move about.The other room with 2 single beds was better with room view plus lot of some to move about too.

2nd time visit to this Hotel , Just because the Hotel near to our working place so we choose to stay here if not we won’t choose this Hotel again! 1 of the staff, (short guy) need to learn more how to be a receptionist with a good attitude**As a former hotel receptionist in Kuala Lumpur, I am really upset when I meet with this kind of attitude that can become a receptionist.

Facilities damage no repair such as shower mixer,aircon not cold enough.And during stay 3day two nights the mattress and pillows to replace cover cloth even we are same guess not one day

As always, staying at Geobay is about luck. Sometimes you get a really clean and well-furnished room but sometimes, you get an old room. We are regulars at Geobay due to its great location. Carpark is a bit lacking too.

The room's ventilation. For rooms without window, the air in it is very stale. Thankfully there are no carpet, if not the whole place will stink of mould. Our rooms is for shower only, so we kept the expectation low. Previous customer smoke in the room's toilet, stinking up the whole place.

Location is good. Surrounded with variety restaurants.

When booking.com price is RM150, the hotel will collect RM155. The housekeeper shouldn't talk loudly each others until you can hear them in your room.

Staff are friendly and have security to take care of the cars.Condition of the room meet the expectation with the amount paid.

Noise-proof may be need improvement but overall the noise are not very loud.

I think room was recently renovated, with new aircon. Room was small but ok for a couple. Very near Aeon Bukit Indah. Macdonald's and massages nearby. Many eateries. Parking by the road side. Pay for own parking using the JB parking app. Affordable.

Sound proofing for rooms not good. Can hear other guests walking or talking. My room was near the lift lobby so it didn't help, I could hear people even late at night walking past the room. Only allowed us 1 key card even though there were 2 guests so we had to make sure we meet back at the hotel to have access to the room. Front desk staff wasn't too friendly. Long face. Maybe she was having a bad day...

On the check-in time the counter the service very bad and the manager, the manager of the things come to him he will push because on the free upgrade actually I could call in twice but they came already want me to do the top up I think they're doing this kind of not Festival this hotel is considered very bad.

some more that reception say if you no happy then you can cancel on booking.com because no deduction I said sorry because my my email is registered successful pay.

Location - accessible to restaurants, mall, highway outlets.

The room is not fully soundproof. Always get awakened due to outdoor noise. Room cleanliness is not meeting my expectation.

Budget hotel but very clean and comfortable too with the pillow. Many eating shops too nearby.
